What's New

XLOGIC® — What's New.

Real updates, shipped and in production — not a roadmap.

Improved 23 August 2026

"How XLOGIC works" is now a live, searchable map of your own tenant

Every stage now shows your own real, live numbers instead of a static diagram - click any stage to see exactly what it means and jump straight into the real screen. A new global search (Search XLOGIC, or Ctrl+K) finds any module or answers a quick question from anywhere in the app, and a "Your XLOGIC journey" badge strip marks real milestones as you reach them.

New 20 August 2026

Ten more frameworks: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 20000, 31000, 22301, 37001, 22000, 13485

Alongside ISO/IEC 42001, XLOGIC now ships the real clause structure for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security), ISO/IEC 20000-1 (IT Service Management), ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery), ISO 22000 (Food Safety), and ISO 13485 (Medical Devices) - ready to link requirements against.

Process Templates: preview a template before applying it, and ten to choose from

Every template card now has a Preview button showing its real step-by-step shape (owners, evidence, cadence, SLA) before you commit to it. The catalog also grew from 2 templates to 10: task-with-escalation, evidence-gated release, decision-routed review, two-stage sign-off, incident response, change request lifecycle, third-party risk assessment, and recurring training completion, alongside the original approval-with-evidence and periodic-review-with-escalation.

New 20 August 2026

Default Lane Groups to get you started

A new tenant used to start with zero lane groups and nothing to assign a role into on the canvas. Four sensible defaults - Governance & Oversight, Risk & Compliance, Technology & Security, and Operations - are now there from day one, ready to rename, reorder, or assign your own roles into.

Fixed 20 August 2026

Clearer explanation when you lack permission for an action

A permission error used to show a bare technical code with no explanation. It now says what the action needs in plain English, and names which role(s) in your tenant can actually do it - so you know exactly who to ask.

Improved 20 August 2026

Processes: status badges now explain what they mean

DRAFT, APPROVED, RETIRED, RUNNING, COMPLETED and CANCELLED status badges on the Processes screen now show a one-line explanation of what the status means and what to do next, on hover.

New 20 August 2026

Overdue tasks with no Escalation step now email the task owner directly

Escalation is optional when a process is designed. Where a task breaches its SLA target and has no Escalation step configured, the step's owner role is now emailed the moment the breach is recorded, instead of relying only on Worklist or Cockpit to notice it.

New 20 August 2026

Policy decomposition flags a policy with no approval or decision content

When a policy is decomposed and none of the extracted requirements involve an approval or a risk-tier condition, XLOGIC now raises a review item in Cockpit rather than staying silent. Confirm the policy genuinely has none, or send it back for another look.

Improved 20 August 2026

What's New: easier to scan at a glance

Each entry now shows a clear New/Improved/Fixed/Security label and a matching colour accent, so a release with several changes is easy to scan instead of reading like one continuous block.

Fixed 20 August 2026

Feedback form: Submit is always visible now

The Submit button used to sit below the bottom of the screen on the Feedback & Bugs form. The description box and screenshot preview take up less room, and Submit always stays in view.

Fixed 20 August 2026

Processes tables no longer overflow the screen

The Runs table sometimes gave one column most of the row's width, pushing the others out of alignment, and the process list's action buttons could get clipped at the edge. Both tables now share space properly.

Fixed 20 August 2026

"How XLOGIC works" step descriptions no longer get cut off

Some of the longer step descriptions on the How XLOGIC works page were being cut short mid-sentence. The full text now always shows.

New 15 August 2026

Canvas: connect from any side; a Decision with no real branch is flagged

A step can now connect on its left or right side, not just top and bottom, so steps in adjacent lanes connect with a straight line. Activating a process now warns if a Decision step has no real branching condition set, or has no outgoing edges at all.

Improved 15 August 2026

Cockpit and Lifecycle: real motion, colour and depth

The Cockpit and "How XLOGIC works" pages now use one shared design language - hover feedback, a real chart for trend data, per-stage colour and depth on the lifecycle diagram, and consistent button sizing across screens instead of each page inventing its own.

New 13 August 2026

Clickable links inside Info panels

When an Info panel tells you to go do something on another screen, it now takes you there directly with a real link, instead of just describing where to look.

New 12 August 2026

Revise an approved process

An APPROVED process definition never changes in place, but you can now start a real revision from it - a fresh DRAFT pre-populated with its steps and edges, ready to edit and re-activate - instead of having no path to change one at all.

New 5 August 2026

Per-screen Info panels

Every real screen now has an info icon next to its heading, opening a panel that explains what the screen is for, why it matters, and the common tasks done there.
