Introduction
Kintetsu World Express (KWE) South Africa is the regional branch of a global logistics and freight forwarding company. Operating since 1997, KWE South Africa has offices in Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, and Port Elizabeth. With four locations and around 85 employees, KWE SA provides end-toend logistics services (air, sea, and land transport, warehousing, and customs clearance) for clients in high-compliance industries like healthcare, aerospace, and construction.
Strategic Implementation
In September 2019, KWE South Africa rolled out SHEQX®, with a focus on unifying compliance, risk tracking, and safety performance monitoring across all branches. The system was configured to align with existing workflows and support ISO-aligned frameworks.
